Job Description

Franchise/Business Development Director with paralegal and accounting background

Flippin’ Pizza is one of the fastest growing, fast casual pizza chains in the U.S. The brand currently operates in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Diego, Irvine and Dubai! We serve authentic, hand-tossed, craveable pies and slices in a fast casual and family-friendly environment.  We are seeking a Franchise/Business Development Director with paralegal and accounting background to handle franchise transactions and documentation.

Strong attention to detail, time management, a positive attitude, and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment are also a must. This position is interviewing immediately, is full-time with health benefits and bonuses, and will start in mid-July.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Knowledge/Skills


  • Experience with FDD, Area Development and Franchise Agreements

  • Responsible for franchise relationships and documentation

  • Manage trade show booth, company websites, magazine ads and business promotions

  • CRM systems and Quickbooks is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented 

  • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision by interpreting internal or external business/technical   issues, and recommending solutions in line with best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude 

  • Ability to be flexible and to work in a cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to interact on a professional level with internal and external business partners and clients

  • Self-starter with willingness to further develop skills

  • Excellent communication (speaking, writing and listening) skills

  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and application
