 We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our Miami Gardens location. 


The Administrative Assistant position is an entry level position in our Administrative Department with many opportunities for growth.  The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-year experience as an Administrative Assistant or related office experience, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, loves dogs, and have experience with Microsoft Office programs. Professionalism and a sharp attention to detail are a must in this role.  Some experience troubleshooting office equipment issues is a plus.

 


Job Responsibilities:

 


  • Answer telephones, transfer calls, take and deliver detailed messages.

  • Greet visitors and provide hospitality.

  • Perform data entry functions.

  • Assist with administrative duties as assigned such as filing, scanning, shredding, setting up work stations, etc.

  • Assist the CEO with daily schedule and meeting reminders

  • Schedule travel as requested.

  • Manage administrative projects

  • Maintain Quick Base CRM to manage open administrative projects and requests.

  • Light housekeeping duties such as emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming at the end of the day, keeping the break room tidy, etc.

  • Run outside errands as needed

  • Office supply inventory

  • Walk the office dog daily (Yes, we have a dog and he's adorable!)

  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements


REQUIRED Qualifications:


  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be coached, trained, and developed

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and honesty

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Professionalism is a MUST

  • Must be very detailed oriented

  • Effective time management, organization, and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

  • Strong independent decision making capabilities

  • Intermediate Skill Level- Microsoft Office Suite

  • Minimum 1-year experience in administrative or clerical capacity.

  • High School Diploma/GED plus relevant experience

  • Must love dogs


 

Preferred Qualifications:


  •  Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot office equipment and computer issues is a plus.
