Job Description

Green Key Resources is looking for an Office Support Recruiter to join our established team in New York City.  Rated the top recruiting firm in NYC by Crain's 2016, this is an opportunity to work with a close-knit team and collaborate with some of the best recruiters in the industry.


• Full life-cycle recruiting of executive assistants, administrative assistants, office managers, receptionists and marketing support professionals.

• Cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.

• Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.

• Network, build and maintain relationships with HR, Hiring Managers.

• Maintain network of candidates using company’s applicant tracking system.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS degree

• 2-5 years of sales, cold calling, or recruiting experience required

• Agency experience preferred
