Job Description

New York City office of our client seeks corporate attorney with 4-5 years of mergers and acquisitions /private equity experience. The candidate should have significant experience in representing companies and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as minority investments and joint ventures. Representations should include the wide range of mergers and acquisitions activity, including acquisitions and divestitures of private companies, private equity transactions, joint ventures, public acquisitions and divestitures, “going private" transactions, proxy contests and unsolicited bids and spin-offs. Must have familiarity with at least several of these types of representations as well as a desire to work on general corporate matters.Skills: Corporate, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, investments and joint ventures, Associate
