Job Description


Fill parts requests, both verbal and from the inventory system, OneInventory

Check in and re-stock returned parts

Keep the front of the Diagnostics Lab as uncluttered as possible

Assist Engineers/Integrators/Validators having problems finding the parts they need for the QA Diagnostics Lab and the Field Lab and others on an Ad Hoc basis

Reconcile purchases of new parts in ISSTRAQ, Log new Parts as “Received" and notify (email) all stakeholders involved in the purchase

Add new parts to the OneInventory system

Ship parts as needed to Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, etc.

Responsible for Parts Check-in and Check-out

Assist team members with Prototype and Pilot Parts to be put in inventory, to be returned or exchanged for newer builds, or to be sent for updates (Firmware)

Assist the Validation Team with Hardware support on systems - Platforms have varying degrees of complexity that I maintain a working knowledge of for Puerto Rico and Costa Rica for parts ordered thru Houston.

Work with Group Engineering Coordinator on new inventory, packing lists, etc.
