Insurance Agent

Farmers Insurance is looking for Insurance Agency Owners in Central Ohio who strive to be leaders in both their business and community.

Agency ownership is an opportunity to own your own business, backed with national branding and corporate sales support from Farmers. Farmers Insurance offers 4 entry points designed for candidates of all backgrounds and skill sets:

Traditional Agency Program

 Build your book of business while receiving extensive training and financial assistance from our District Office. The financial assistance package pays up to $96,000 over 36 months, in addition to new business and renewal commissions.

Retail Agency Program
Establish a branded location with a $10,000 office start up bonus, first year lead generation reimbursements, and an enhanced commission structure for the first 3 years. This is a program designed for experienced business owners or insurance professionals. Qualified applicants will need to provide proof of liquid assets. This program offers a significantly higher than average bonus structure.

Agency Acquisition Program
Acquire an existing book of business and start with a residual income right away. Agents are eligible for a $10,000 office start up bonus and enhanced commission structure for up to 3 years.

Seed Agency Program
An existing book of business is transferred to a qualified candidate. The candidate receives the benefit of immediate revenue, without the cost of acquisition. The candidate will receive a book of business to service and cross sell, as well as $10,000 in an office start-up bonus.
