Job Description

As a part of the team, you will be part of a small global team providing sales compensation support to clients Enterprise Software product group employees across 30+ countries globally.
Responsible for the system administration of the Xactly Incent solution, daily/ monthly/ annual maintenance, analytics and dashboards
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of Xactly Incent capabilities such as building rules and formulas, analytics, modelling, payroll workflows and plan documentation workflows
Responsible for the annual setup of the Xactly Incent solution based on the fiscal year plan changes.
Educate sales personnel on the plan provisions and Xactly Incent.
Develop and document desktop procedures and a SOX compliant processes for internal and external audit purposes. 
Calculate sales commissions and incentives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, verifying the accuracy of attainment and calculations based on plan provisions.
Distributes commission related reports to management, sales and payroll personnel. Perform month, quarter and year end close for commission/ incentive accruals.
Reconcile and resolve commission pay discrepancies.
Research and analyze disputes and discrepancies. 
Maintain and audit commission/ incentive information. 
Prepare ad-hoc reporting for HR/ Finance/ Sales/ Executives regarding commissions/ incentives and Sales Performance.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities include building relationships with internal clients HR and business contacts in other product and business units and liaise with them in order to ensure seamless collaboration on sales compensation programs and initiatives.
 
Tasks:
 
-System Administration of the Xactly Incent solution
-Manage the Xactly vendor relationship
-Develop and document procedures and a SOX compliant processes
-Provide reporting, analytics and metrics on sales compensation information and sales performance
-Calculate commissions/ incentives, monthly, quarterly and/ or annually
-Calculate commissions/ incentive based on sales plan provisions
-Perform fiscal period accruals
-Maintain and audit commission/ incentive information

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
 
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Human Resources from a four-year College or University and 3 years of experience
OR
-Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Human Resources and 2+ years of experience
At least 2 years, hands-on experience with a software based commission tool
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools, with proven analytical skills and background
Strong preference for experience directly with Xactly and SalesForce.com
