Job Description


Insurance Customer Service Representative 


Stanley Staffing is currently looking for Insurance Customer Service Representatives in Canton, OH.  


The Insurance Customer Service Representative will be working at one of the nation's top 50 teleservice agencies serving Medicare members. Our agents are trained in the art of care and compassion - our culture is our biggest competitive advantage. 

If you possess an active health insurance license & are looking for regular hourly base pay, no sales, and stable employment in a professional call center environment - we have a career waiting for you!

You will receive: 

  • $14 / hour with annual raises.
  • Paid world-class training.
  • 40 hour work weeks.
  • If you would like more part-time, 30 hour weeks available.
  • Full benefits including medical and dental.
  • Paid time off and vacation time. 
  • Professional call-center environment.

Responsibilities:
Answering questions for current and new Medicare members in regards to plan benefits & enrolling on an MAPD policy.

Job Requirements


Healthcare Customer Service Representative 


Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Health Insurance License (Life, Accident, and Health Insurance).
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
