To do this, you must influence Franchisees to participate and lead brand initiatives. You are opportunistic and proactive in driving what’s best for the franchisee as well as Taco Bell because you are such a savvy business person. You know how to challenge ideas while improving the relationship. And you can do this because you are credible, authentic and passionate.

Job responsibilities:

Entity Management

  • Accountable for consulting and coaching  various levels of Management for operational excellence, supports brand initiatives

  • Utilizes available reports to identify opportunities; encourages a top-line orientation through operational focus

  • Role models  recognition and motivation behaviors

  • Consults with each Franchise organization in the market to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Field time spent with decision makers

  • Oversees the franchisee, processes and operations of 100+franchisee locations

    • Drive excellence in day-to-day operations

    • Plan and set goals based on Franchisee opportunities

    • Focus on problem solving/process improvement

Communication

  • Influence Franchisees to execute brand initiatives

  • Document visit recaps: every entity, every visit

  • Operations transparency for every entity

Brand Protection

  • Hold franchisee accountable for brand standards

  • Ensures correct operational procedures are followed at all times

  • Absolutely uncompromising execution of the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety codes

Development Planning

  • Partners with each Franchisee in the market to build sales over last year’s sales achievement

  • New Franchisee onboarding

  • Support Franchisees with new store open process

Job Requirements

  • 4 year College or University Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in a multi-unit Fortune 500 environment.  Previous franchise consulting/relationship experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be willing to spend 80-90% of time in the field

  • Must be willing to protect the Taco Bell Brand…always

  • Must use business acumen and influence to grow sales, transactions & restaurants

  • Must enforce brand standards…all of them

  • Support& execute brand initiatives

  • Be a brand Champion
