Position Title: Sales Executive

Location: Greater Nashville Area, TN

Job Type: Full Time, Exempt

Pay Range: Salary ($60,000-$90,000 Commensurate with Experience), plus bonus

Position Summary:

3-D Technology Group is seeking a full-time IT Consulting Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing organization. This role will be responsible for working with targeted clients to provide solutions by leveraging our company’s full suite of infrastructure implementation and optimization offerings in Network, Wintel, Field Deployment Operations and Logistics services.


  • Identify, pursue and grow executive and mid-manager relationships with clients and their parent organizations
  • Find, develop, manage and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue quota targets by winning engagements through prospecting and developing new customer relationships
  • Define and develop lead-generation strategies and marketing plans for new IT consulting clients
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships
  • Educate clients on 3-D Technology’s capabilities and services
  • Develop and participate in detailed account planning and forecasting processes
  • Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions while working with the solutions, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Elevate key customer relationships, especially at the C-Suite and senior management levels
  • Provide regular status updates on the customer requirements, changes that may affect our support and forecasts into the client’s business environment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare or enterprise clients selling into IT / Business / Clinical departments
  • A proven track record of driving new client revenues
  • An action-and-results-oriented, “take charge" attitude, capable of developing a strong business case for client action
  • Must have an established network of current relationships within healthcare or enterprise clients
  • Must have the intellectual ability to analyze vertical industry trends and penetrate key client organizations

This position requires a successful drug screen and background testing. To be considered for the position, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
