Job Description

Everstaff is seeking Collections Reps for a large and reputable company in the Rocky River area! DIRECT HIRE!! (no temp period)


This position is responsible for the collections of 30-90 day accounts via automated outbound dialer as well as answering inbound calls from customers. This is a fast paced, goal oriented call center position.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound (automated and manual) collections calls to customers
  • Negotiate payments and (repayment arrangements to assist customers in curing their delinquency
  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding past due balances or account inquiries
  • Initiate account collections/updates/adjustments when necessary
  • Thoroughly customer demographics (phone, address, etc.) to ensure accuracy



Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Some Collections, Customer Service or Sales experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills
  • Goal oriented and self motivated toward achieving established goals
  • Basic typing skills and the ability to maneuver computer screens
  • Maintains positive attitude
