Operations Manager - Director of File Services

We are currently looking to add an Operations Manager -- Director of File Services to our Dallas team!

.

This is a full time, salaried position, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
.

Job Duties Will Include:

  • Supervision of staff--ensures managers have issued work to all employees at start of day and monitors this throughout the day.
  • Ensuring managers have clearly defined the quotas to all employees and monitoring that quotas are being met.
  • Collecting and analyzing production statistics and metrics.
  • Analyzing and increasing the efficiencies of already established workflows.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending company educational workshops.
  • Maintain, design, and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and compare client and Internal data as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma with a proven ability to manage processes and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and multiple set of employee groups
  • Workflow management experience is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including: Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulating), Outlook & Word
  • Experience in Visual Basic, SQL, MS Access is a plus.
  • Have the ability to work within tight deadlines and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient and able to operate effectively without close supervision.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience managing large teams.
    Mortgage experience preferred.
