Office Consultant with Banking Knowledge - Strong MS Excel Needed

SUMMARY
Our client is actively seeking a skilled and reliable Office Consultant with Banking knowledge to assist with our Procure To Pay project implementation.

Responsibilities
Assist Finance and Data super users in project activities
• Document as-is process information and local nuances with BPOs and Genpact SMEs to support them in conducting detailed FCA
• Support transition and knowledge transfer by training operation resources on current processes
• Retain proper documentation
• Follow up with appropriate personnel for any missing documents
• Ensure proper end to end flow of documents

Required Skills
2-5 years' experience
• Basic banking and AP knowledge, e.g. difference between routing number, account number and federal tax ID
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, as a team member and meet deadlines
• Time management and organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• JDE experience is a plus, but not required

Other
• 6 – 8 month contract
• Excel skills test required upon submittal
