Nature & Scope of Position

The ideal management candidate for Greek Fiesta serves each guest like  family by delivering outstanding, warm and friendly service. They ensure that the unit operates smoothly and in a high state of cleanliness while providing strong leadership and supervision to crew. He or she manage and train staff to provide exceptional service to customers in a courteous, efficient and accurate manner while they follow correct sanitation standards.

Core Responsibilities

Increase sales by developing guest loyalty through quality operations, personalized customer attention and staff development.

Manage all administrative  aspects of the back office in liaison with our local corporate office.

Direct the successful operation of the restaurant by maintaining appropriate staffing levels through recruiting, hiring, training, developing, supervising, scheduling, appraising and disciplining employees.

Responsible for the proper management of the facility and equipment while using preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs and security measures.

Ensures safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.

Accountable for acceptable scores on all Health Department Inspections and Restaurant Quality Audits.

Manages the opening and closing of the unit including product quality, inventory, cash handling, ordering, invoicing, employee and guest safety.

Ensures Human Resource Policies & Procedures are delivered to and understood by crew.

Demonstrates, teaches and reinforces core values, company policies, practices and procedures.

Willingness to work flexible hours. 
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Able to sit, stand and walk extended periods of time.
