Job Description

We are a growing ice cream store franchise with a focus on ice cream made daily with fresh, local ingredients.

 

We are seeking a key team member who will help grow our locations and presence in the Los Angeles region.

 

The focus of this position is both to sell new franchises, identify ideal locations for ice creams stores, helping new franchisees get up and running, and helping to manage the growing Los Angeles operations.

 

It is a great opportunity to get in at the right time at a growing company with strong success and huge potential in the Southern California market.

 

The position is a great mix of sales, strategy, and business for someone who has a passion for the restaurant and food service industry.

 

The right person for this position will be highly motivated and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.

 

Here are some examples of the duties involved:

Attracting new franchisees

  • Information meetings with potential franchisees
  • Getting the word out about our concept

 

Scouting for new locations

  • Using local knowledge to identify perfect locations for new and existing franchisees
  • Collaborating with local estate agent on contracts, rent price, etc…

 

Establishment of stores

  • In corporation with headquarters and local entrepreneurs, help new franchisees with establishment of new stores

 

Operation

  • Help new franchisees ensure sales potential of the shops are being meet
  • Help new franchisees to follow operational manual and use marketing materials
  • Helping maintain budgets

Job Requirements

  • Personality is key: driven, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, business-oriented, outgoing, confident, international mindset
  • Restaurant, franchise, food & beverage industry experience
  • Sales experience
  • Local knowledge of Los Angeles and Orange County
