Job Description

Immediate Need for a Marketing Operations Specialist in the area of Greenwood Village, CO. This is a permanent position with a salary in the $55-$65K range, doe, plus benefits and perks.

This role will focus on marketing campaign planning & execution, content creation, systems maintenance, and marketing analytics to report on business goals and improve performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Own marketing & brand strategy and plan
  • Execute marketing plan tactics including, but not limited to, blog writing, social media, press releases, landing page creation, monthly email newsletter, and email campaigns
  • Maintain WordPress websites, analyze & report on site analytics including sessions, users, goal completions, etc.
  • Work closely with new product team to produce new product marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the franchise operations team to improve existing & produce new local marketing campaigns for franchisees
  • Work closely with CEO to produce new article & global campaign assets
  • Build & maintain assets on new marketing automation platform that is scaleable to franchise units.
  • Craft & execute lead generation & nurturing programs
  • Build testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) to optimize engagement and conversion metrics
  • Build and pull reports/dashboards to measure the success of marketing campaigns and tactics and help optimize key components in the buyer’s journey
  • Work with 3rd party social media vendor to coordinate & manage social media activities
  • Manage the marketing budget




Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • MUST have experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Pipedrive and/or ActiveDemand a plus, but not required)
  • Experience with franchise organizations a BIG PLUS
  • Bachelor’s Degree & 2+ years in marketing or marketing operations role
  • Demonstrable experience executing marketing campaigns and measuring the results
  • Loves working with data, comfortable with systems and has a passion for leveraging data to understand trends and make metrics-based decisions that impact the business
  • Is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented enough to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines
  • Positive attitude, must be a team player and have a get stuff done mentality
  • Must be comfortable with constant change within a high-growth environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (PhotoShop, InDesign and/or Illustrator)
