Are you a hands-on engineer who wants to be involved with medical device manufacturing development?

Are you self-motivated with a keen eye towards quality and process control?


Boehringer Laboratories, LLC has been manufacturing the high quality medical instruments in the Philly Metro area for more than 40 years. We have diverse product lines that range from machined pressure controls to biocompatible materials assembled in our clean rooms. We design and manufacture all of our instruments at our facility in Phoenixville, PA. In this role, you will work alongside our engineers and manufacturing staff to ensure new and existing products reach our customers hands in a timely manner with quality assured. You must be multi-talented and comfortable working in a fast paced, small company environment.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Engineering degree with manufacturing experience; or Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.



Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
