Overview

This position is responsible for scanning, the creation of electronic images, and indexing a variety of documents for areas throughout the organization.

Performs scanning functions for signature cards and supporting documents. Communicates effectively with departmental Manager/Supervisor on a routine basis, apprising them of potential problems while providing current work statuses and volumes.

Compiles data for specified reports, keeps essential records, monitors and communicates report findings to appropriate areas.

Assists all departmental and branch personnel with locating and retrieving signature cards and other documents.

Operates and performs preventative maintenance of all scanning equipment. Assists in determining supply levels and keeps record of supplies received from vendor.

Evaluates work processes to identify ways to streamline work to assist management.

Performs all responsibilities, including scanning, indexing and archiving pertinent customer records, processing correspondence, for use by other areas of the organization.

Performs additional clerical or administrative tasks as required.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency required.
1-3 years relevant experience.

Additional Job Requirements:

Organizational skills and attention to detail are required to perform work accurately and within established timeframes.

Effective PC skills, ability to use all systems and equipment utilized in the department including, retrieval terminals, processors and duplicator.

Working knowledge of microfilm procedures and special handling requirements.

Ability to work with a team.

Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with internal and external customers, team members and management:.
