Position Title

  • Location:    Hoboken, NJ
  • Hours:    1st Shift - 8a to 5p TBD (Contract)
  • Compensation Package: Medical Insurance | Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit, Cash Card, Etc.) 
  • $15 Hourly   starting
  • Start Date:  Immediate -- 1st Interview in Spotswood or Lakewood, NJ office. 2nd Interview on the Job site

  • Must have strong interpersonal and administrative background.
  • Must have 3 continuous years experience in a Secretary/Admin/Front Desk/Ful Desk/Clerical/Resident Service Coordinator/Or similar role
  • MUST read JOB SPECIFICS below and have experience to handle same or similiar task

Job Specifics:
  • Company:   Real Estate
  • Manages and coordinates community calendar with moves in/outs and lounge rentals. 
  • Ensures that the telephone is answered properly and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Initiates preparation of Management Reports, committee reports, meeting notices as applicable and submit for Manager's review and approval.
  • Maintains, updates and coordinates resident information in computer database at a minimum on a daily basis. Generates and provides this information to the Property Manager and Board of Trustees.
  • Keeps track of insurance certificate requests. Maintains insurance records books for both vendors and unit owners.
  • Maintains supply closet. Requests all office supplies and equipment, following established purchasing procedures.
  • Opens and distributes mail, prepares accounts payable invoices with purchase orders. Stamps and code invoices for Assistant Property Managers to code and approve. 
  • Creates files, compiles and coordinates all necessary information and documentation for new owners/leases.
  • Sets up meetings for Board Approval process.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.
