Be the right hand person to a top partner at a major Chicago law firm.  We need a true professional Executive Legal Secretary.  Bi lingual Plaintiff mass tort experience a necessity. In addition, the qualified candidate must be reliable and punctual and have at least 3 years of current plaintiff personal injury law firm experience. Working for a top partner requires you to be quick thinking, technology savvy and know how to multitask/prioritize while working in a fast paced, document intensive environment.

Day-to-day duties will include; attorney calendar maintenance, appointment/meeting scheduling, typing and revising of legal documents, proofing documents, communicating with new and current clients on case status, facilitating settlement and release agreements for clients, attorney time entry, expense reports, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of current plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Experience supporting a top-partner is preferred 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, document intensive environment 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Typing at least 65 wpm
  • Spanish bi-lingual is a must
