Job Description

Seeking an Multi Unit Manager candidate with a proven track record in increasing sales, profits and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidate will understand and maintain a strategic vision for the future of the company while developing a culture that ensures great execution of food and service by multiple staffs. Demonstration of successful experience in design and execution of employee development programs for internal promotion. Candidate must be able to review and compare gross profit reports to budget, then lead financial performance evaluations for each restaurant each period. Candidate will have also demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating a team. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in full service, casual dining or quick service restaurant is a requirement.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing multiple restaurants

• Observant and analytical individual who can solve core issues and concerns

• Organized and structured person who can direct and lead teams in a system orientated way

• Motivating and inspiring individual who can share and teach our company culture

• Deadline driven individual who has demonstrated the ability to delegate tasks and verify that they are completed
