Automotive Sales Associate – Auto Sales Consultant

We are looking for energetic and career-oriented people to serve as Automotive Sales Associates, providing our customers with the best possible automobile-buying experience. If you have previous auto sales experience, great. If not, that’s just fine too. As long as you have the motivation and personality, we will be glad to train you. 

Our average Automotive Sales Associates average $60,000 per year; however our top performers this year can expect to make well into six figures. Our continued growth and our merit-based philosophy will allow you plenty of room to advance to leadership roles. If you have the winning personality and competitive spirit we need, we want to talk with you!

Job Requirements

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you must be self-motivated and competitive with an engaging and high-energy personality. You must also be highly organized with the ability to explain our vehicles as well as their features and benefits. It is also important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers.

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Sales Representative position include:

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain client relationships through follow-up and prospecting
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, improve and incorporate feedback
