Current Need


the development of customer contract compliance best practices and controls for US Pharma's governmental customer contracts. Interact with Legal, Compliance & Ethics, MHS National Accounts Support, Master Data, Product Management, and Pricing teams internally and auditors, OIG officials, and other government officials externally. Develop, audit and monitor controls and analytical tools to execute on improvements that reduce company risk, enhance financial performance and advance the success of our business processes. Effectively communicate findings and improvements to senior management.

Position Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one direct reports, coordinating compliance efforts across multiple business units, departments, and functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies for federal and state acquisition regulations, and government contract compliance.

  • Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, controls and auditing procedures to mitigate risk of administering governmental agreements including SAM registrations, False Claims Act and Trade Agreement Act compliance.

  • Collaborate extensively with Legal, Compliance & Ethics, Product Management, National Account Management, and IT to interpret and apply legal and regulatory standards and build automated compliance tools and best practices.

  • Develop stable business processes for ongoing contract compliance monitoring and reporting establish stakeholder buy-in and implement concepts and processes across organization.

  • Successfully prioritize and manage opportunistic ad-hoc projects and requests as necessary with Programs & Compliance leadership.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert during any external government or OIG audits or inspections.

Minimum Requirements

12+ years contract administration or contract compliance experience

Critical Skills

  • Bachelor's


  • 8-10+ years of direct government contract management experience with a strong

    focus on compliance and regulations

  • Strong

    data analytics experience

  • Technical

    process improvement experience

  • Contract

    interpretation experience

  • Proven success in ability to evaluate contractual risks and provide value added

    recommendations to cross functional stakeholders

  • Strong

    verbal and written communication skills

  • MS Office, including PowerPoint, Access, and Excel at an advanced level Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • CFCM or CPCM certification preferred

  • SAP (including BO and BW reporting) preferred

  • SAS-JMP or Tableau data analytics visualization intermediate/advanced including

    dashboard creation preferred

  • Facilitating

    change and gaining consensus

  • MBA/CPA/CIA a plus

  • SQL is highly preferred


    4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
