Our Client is searching for a Controller for a Washington DC construction company that generated around $50MM and looking to generate 100MM in the next 7 years. Candidates must have: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field - 10 plus years of accounting experience with 5 plus years in management - Advanced Excel skills - Experience developing and training personnel - Construction industry or job costing experience a plus but not required Our client is offering an excellent compensation package including a great base salary, bonus potential, and good benefits. Job Requirements

Education/Experience/Skills: •Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance •Minimum of 10 years related construction accounting experience •Advanced Excel skills •Must have strong communication skill and be able to interface with all levels of management •Ability to manage a broad range of activities •Excellent time management and organization skills •Organized, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work independently •Working knowledge of Timberline accounting systems a plus
