Job Description

Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Details:

  • Heavy souring for IT positions (ex: software developers, architects, etc.)
  • Be a liaison
  • Interact and work with managers to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles
  • Working with other internal customers in the Company

Experience:

  • Must have minimum 3 years of heavy IT sourcing
  • Must have experience sourcing high volume daily (ex: 40 + positions)
  • Extensive use of LinkedIn for sourcing is required
  • Use experience with joining groups, networks, networking, etc.
  • Large Corporate experience is highly preferred / ideal
  • Experience dealing with managers
  • Experience working with multiple departments
  • Experience pre-qualifying and presenting candidates
  • Proven history utilizing social media, referral campaigns, university programs and other innovative sourcing techniques
  • Building pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Consultative skills to understand specific requirements and candidate profiles

Job Requirements
