Job Description

Looking for NJ based Direct Sales represenative

*Assist in sales strategy to achieve company sales goals

*Set individual sales targets with your sales manager and sales director

*Coordinate sales action plans for individual accounts

*Oversee the activities and performance of all your accounts within your territory

*Making sure you have the necessary resources to service your salons properly

*Sell tickets to classes and obtain RSVPs for events

*Achieving sales goals and demonstrating a positive look for the brand

*Provide feedback and collaborate with Paramount managers

*Participate in trainings and meetings

*Grow your territory within all the brands that you carry

*Create your schedule and follow your route, appointments and cold calls

*Expectation-Visiting a Minimum of 10 accounts per day

*Maintain collateral/marketing inventory within all brands you represent

*Analyze your market and identify sales opportunities

*Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key

Still very much a family owned business started in 1958 by Alan Hagler with a business model fueled by strong relationships with manufacturers and salons, Paramount Beauty Supply’s goal is to provide our customers with the best service, products, and education to provide our vendors with the best representation of their products in the markets we cover.

Paramount Beauty Supply has established strong relationships throughout the beauty industry with both salons and manufacturers, acquiring exclusive distribution agreements with the finest professional brands. Around 1980 the company began to build the solid foundation it enjoys today, upgrading its personnel and warehousing operations and incorporating computerization. Paramount Beauty Supply’s 50,000 square feet of warehousing space is managed by sophisticated POS computer software and automated inventory control systems, ensuring the quality of our distribution to maintain our customers’ satisfaction.

Today Paramount Beauty Supply is led by Jeffrey Hagler and Evan Feingold and boasts a 50 person sales team, over 30 educators and 23 Royal Beauty Supply Professional Stores accessible exclusively to licensed hair dressers and cosmetologists. Paramount Beauty Supply is committed to meeting the demands of our discerning clientele through a hands-on approach that extends to every aspect of our operation. We take great pride in the confidence our vendors and our customers have shown in us and look forward to building these relationships further as our company continues to grow.

Job Requirements

This position is for those that are self starters with a strong work ethic.  Passion and hard work is what it will take for you to be successful within this position.  We are looking for outside sales reprenatives in NY, NJ, PA and FL
