Administrative AssistantOfficeTeam has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant for a commericial real estate firm located in downtown Pittsburgh. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the firm's senior level employees. Day to day responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include drafting correspondence, budgeting annual revenue, managing expenses and bills, editing and assembling proposals, and coordinating marketing efforts. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the firm's associates on an as needed basis. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Photoshop preferred. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position is highly organized and comfortable working under strict deadlines. This Administrative Assistant position is a long term position, with the possibilitiy of becoming temporary to full time. Hours Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
