Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Admin for a Property Management company
Front Office Admin:

In this position you will be responsible for answering phones, fielding calls and administrative support to the owner.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Field calls, handle mail and other clercial duties
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Successful Front Office Admin should have a strong attention to detail, a high level of organizational skills, be able to handle a multitude of responsibilities. 

Additional requirements include:
• 2 to 3 years' experience in a Front Office Administrative role
• Property Management background preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
