Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Local Municipality company looking for an Office Manager The duties of the Office Manager will be, Managing the day to day administrative tasks of answering multi-phone line, greeting customers and vendors, maintaining the office by ordering supplies, organizing supplies, maintaining files, faxing, working with the Accounts Receivable department to maintain invoices etc. as well as working with other positions in the office, and being a go-to person for priority tasks. Someone who can do the essential functions of the position and more! The ideal person will be a go getter, who takes initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision, values a team work environment, has an up-beat personality and is self-motivated. Minimum Job Requirements of the Office Manager are: • High School Diploma /Equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred. • 2 Years of Administrative Experience • 1 Year Experience in Accounts Receivable • 1 Year Experience in an Office Manager type role • QuickBooks experience is highly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong Organizational skills • Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities • Personable and professional in appearance • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
