IT Director needed for a high-end Hotel in Los Angeles, Must Have Hospitality Experience, preferably with a luxury hotel. We are looking for a polished and experienced leader in Technology to help lead staff and projects. You will work closely with internal staff and vendors to provide unparalleled services and a flawless experience for their guests.

This is a full time, direct hire position (not contract)

Job Requirements

Top Requirements:

  • Assist with the hotel's various IT projects, as well as the ongoing support of Information Technology issues, products and services on-site.
  • Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
  • Works closely with property management to ensure smooth running of the network and assist in helping to maintain the site systems.
  • Manage hardware, software, and network setup and installation, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and certification process, including acceptance testing and providing direction to outside installation resources.
  • Manage a staff of IT Support technicians to provide on-site users and guests support related to software applications, hardware and network connectivity
  • Manages and maintains payroll in accordance with budgetary guidelines, Hires and trains staff.
