Job Description

les Account Rep - Sales Training Provided

We have recently expanded into the area and are looking to fill several entry level sales positions in the Pittsburgh market.  The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills.

This is an entry level sales position, so we will provide training for Sales Account Reps in:

  • Sales Techniques
  • Communication Skills
  • Sales Territory Management
  • Leadership
  • Sales Training and Development
  • Customer Interaction

We will be cross-training those that excel in this role for sales management positions. 


Our top team members have the following backgrounds and/or interests: sales, marketing, customer service, advertising, public relations, communications, server, retail, training, entry level management and real estate.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from a customer service, retail sales, or restaurant background. 


Experience communicating directly with customers is necessary.

This is an entry level sales position, so all experience levels will be considered.  Highly qualified candidates will have the following attributes:

         
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1-2 years of sales, marketing and or customer service experience is preferred
  • 4 year degree or relevant work experience in sales or customer communication
  • Willing to take drug screening and comprehensive background check
