Job Description

DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE OPERATIONS ? JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Oversee and supervise all area franchise representatives. Provide support to all franchise locations within the stated territory to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost control, labor efficiencies, employee retention, customer satisfaction, cleaning quality, franchise compliance, and consistent revenue growth.

Organizational Description
Location: Birmingham
Reports To: COO
Supervises: All Area Franchise Representatives

General
•Provide oversight and counsel on all contractual agreements entered.

•Provide initial home office training to all incoming franchisees.

•Provide, as needed, on-site location training before opening a new franchise location.

•Provide marketing and accounting support to all franchises.

•Perform weekly calls to all franchisees within the defined territory.

•Perform, as needed, quarterly audits of all offices within the defined territory.

•Lead the training department in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs for 20+ franchise units with 200+ employees.

•The Director will facilitate training and development for new franchisees development and implementation of the corporate on-line university. The Director will play an instrumental role in driving measurable results in sales and profits at the unit level through classroom, hands on, on-line, webinar, and regional training.

Qualifications

•Must be available for employment from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

•Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently

•Must be proficient in public speaking

•Must be proficient in common software applications including the entire Microsoft Office suite

•Must possess math skills related to bank deposits, accounting, and payroll management
•The ideal candidate will possess high energy, integrity, knowledge and professionalism. They will have excellent inter-personal skills with a willingness to "roll-up" their sleeves and work through the details while at the same time seeing the "big picture". They will have extensive experience developing and delivering comprehensive, multi-faceted training programs.
