Qualifications [the legal stuff | how you know if you meet the minimum requirements]. STARTEK employs brand warriors with a wide range of ages, experiences, and backgrounds. We do have a few minimum qualifications though:
You must be able to show steady employment with excellent attendance at your previous employers, preferably in the customer service industry.
You must have a High School Diploma or GED.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check and drug screen required.
Customer Care [noun | what we do every day]. Every day we are communicating with our customers via inbound phone calls, live chat support, and e-mail. We are helping customers by taking payments, resolving order issues, providing answers on their retail purchases, and more! We are providing superior service so every customer walks away feeling like they got the best care possible.
Part Time [noun | looking for fewer than 40 hours]. Are you looking to supplement your income? Are you in school but still want to make some money? Are you a parent but need to get away from the house and earn some extra money? If you’re available to work nights and weekends and can complete two weeks of training from 5:00pm - 11:30pm, this may be the job for you.
Part-Time shifts are typically 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
11:00am - 3:00pm
3:00pm - 7:00pm
5:00pm - 9:00pm
7:00pm - 11:00pm
10:00pm - 2:00am
Full-Time 2nd or 3rd shifts also available.
Compensation $10.50 per hour plus an available monthly supplemental payment of $.50 per hour for any hours worked between 10:00pm - 5:00am.
