This successful firm has a great reputation and will continue to showcase their amazing ideas around downtown and the area. This role is a key VP of Finance/Accounting for the firm. You will be very involved in the development of the finance and accounting teams, providing insight and finance support to the current project load, and also support the executive leadership with deal/project assessment and financial review. Reporting, tax, cash management, accounting oversight, etc. Tremendous opportunity for someone to work for a very stable organization with high-growth plans.

Job Requirements

The role requires 15+ years of finance/accounting experience with most coming within Real Estate, Construction, Development. Leadership qualities are critical to both lead and mentor your team of 10+ staff, but to provide input to the ownership/executive team for decisions. CPA is a plus. Advanced degree is as well. Outstanding compensation package of competitive salary, bonus, and excellent benefits.
