Receives, dispatches and follows up on calls from member for roadside assistance. Provides members with membership and auto travel information.
Calls members back to advise on the ETA of the service or of any delays and to verify that service has been delivered.
Responds to calls from members and stations on changes or unusual situations to ensure quality service in a timely manner including bouncing calls to alternate service providers if necessary.
Dispatches emergency road service requests to service providers and obtains any additional information needed to ensure the member receives service in a timely manner.
Coordinates work with call management including the disposition of problem calls. Responds to difficult or unique member questions.
Receives emergency road service calls from members and takes information needed to ensure timely road service. Provides information to members regarding club policies, procedures and services.
High school diploma or equivalent required with 6 to 9 months of relevant experience. Working knowledge of member benefits and services and Club policies and procedures. Requires good customer service and oral communications skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
