Job Description

The role and responsibility of the New Business Opportunity Specialist is to successfully support the overall operational/functional questions that transpire through the prospecting phase. The New Business Opportunity Specialist will work collaboratively with Sales, potential new clients, Implementations, and all other cross functional departments to ensure that there is proper representation relating to the delivery and functionality of Oasis products and services. This position will assist in setting proper and realistic expectations, ultimately contributing to a positive impact on sales closing rations, client satisfaction and retention.

  • Prior staffing, retail, banking, or PEO experience preferred

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years with service related experience required

  • Minimum 3 years multi-state HR and Payroll experience required

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment required

  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • FPC or CPP Payroll Certification preferred
