Job Description

West Valley Staffing Group is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our client Livermore, CA.


THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE PART-TIME POSITION


The Part-Time Administrative Assistant must have:

 

  • Extensive AA support experience, including President and Director level support
  • Strong MS office skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Part time hours are flexible, depending on schedule
  • Strong understanding of corporate policies and procedures
  • Great communication and writing skills
  • Experience providing board member support
  • HR experience; including, management on policies and procedures
  • Recent experience coordinating and managing travel itineraries and expense reporting
  • Event planning/project management experience
  • Strong organizations/people skills
