Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Customer care representatives serve as the main point of contact for a business's customers. They interact with customers in person, over the phone, or over the Internet using chat programs and email.

A customer care representative spends time performing duties such as:

  • Answering customer questions about company products, services, and procedures
  • Receiving returned products, issuing refunds and replacement products as required
  • Listening to customer complaints and ensuring they're resolved to customers' satisfaction.
