Benefits
Certified examiners, professional on-site management. Delivering coverage, consistency and compliance.
Our examiners are not just chosen at random. Each examiner that completes group wellness screenings is specifically certified as a wellness examiner with both on-line and in-person training and testing. Hooper Holmes provides you with the best examiners from coast-to-coast. The Hooper Holmes site manager also insures a quality, consistent, and compliant screening experience for your customers. The site manager is specially trained to lead the examination team, interface with clients, and provide quality assurance for all data collected. While any phlebotomist can draw blood, not everyone is qualified and trained to conduct group wellness screenings. With Hooper Holmes you know you are getting the right person for the job...every time.

10-years with Portamedic

I have always wanted to be "independent" and this was a great opportunity I enjoy my job and meeting the clients. I enjoy the branch personnel and the job itself from all angles. The satisfaction of obtaining the necessary information for the companies in order to make the proper decision on each policy is rewarding. I guess after 10yrs of service I must like something about it.

RN

Though tentative at first, I have to say that the Health & Wellness program I participated in was one of the most satisfying work experiences I've had in quite some time. After the initial familiarization with the process and the paperwork, the teams I worked with were able to get into a smooth flow and thoroughly enjoyed the participants and interaction with each other. I found the representatives to be extremely helpful and pleasant. It felt as if we were all working together toward one goal; to make it a good experience for all involved. The employer representatives were more than accommodating and praised our efforts several times. The vast majority of employees that attended were excited about the program, inquisitive and cooperative.

The other obvious perks (besides being paid!!) were actually having interaction throughout the day with many human beings, as I'm on my own pretty much of the time except for my car radio!! Of course we used less gas and put much less mileage on our overburdened cars!! The set hours, though lengthy sometimes, were also a nice change. I made several new acquaintances that I now count among my group of friends.

I definitely hope for and welcome more opportunities to participate in screenings in the future and would like to say "Thank You" to the Health and Wellness group for creating such a positive experience!!

Examiner

Working as an H&W examiner is enjoyable. I like working at the same location for several hours with a steady flow of work. I like meeting the participants and working with the onsite coordinators. The screening itself is simple and the pay is good. It is also fun to work with a team from time to time as opposed to being in the car all day traveling from one appointment to another. It is nice when everyone gets together to organize the area on the 1st day of the screening. I have been a paramedical examiner for over 15 years and this has allowed me to get to know the other examiners in my area.
