Belcan Corporation provides engineering, staffing, and other innovative outsourcing solutions. We have been providing services to a diverse, worldwide customer base for over 50 years, and we have a history as a trusted partner that makes valuable contributions to our customers’ business success.

Belcan was founded in 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio, by Kentucky native Ralph G. Anderson. After his passing in 2010, his daughter, Candace McCaw, became Belcan’s sole owner and chairperson of the board. Belcan is a private, woman-owned company with over 11,000 employees in over 65 offices and design centers worldwide.

Our three divisions work together to support one another in our mission to best fulfill all of our customers’ needs:

Belcan Engineering is a global provider of engineering services and industrial automation. We offer a full range of technical disciplines to assist product design, test, manufacture, and aftermarket support. Belcan serves industry leaders in the aviation, energy, defense, heavy equipment, and consumer product sectors. We handle all projects in a secure environment to protect customer privacy. Belcan Engineering is ISO 9001 registered.

Belcan TechServices provides recruitment support and staffing solutions for highly skilled technical employees. The recruiting team sources, interviews, screens, and assigns technical professionals in virtually every industry. Belcan TechServices offers contract personnel, direct-hire recruiting, on-site workforce management, and payrolling services according to our customers’ needs.

Belcan Staffing Solutions meets our customers’ supplemental personnel needs by providing the most qualified candidates to fill light-industrial and clerical positions. Belcan Staffing Solutions also provides direct-hire recruiting, on-site workforce management, and payrolling services to solve our customers’ human resources challenges.
