The Zbitnoff Group was created in 2000 with the intent to provide exceptional service to the engineering and construction communities in the area of professional placement. Our staff of engineering and construction professionals has more than 4 decades of real life experience in these industries. They have had first hand experience as clients, and as candidates. We specialize in placing civil/infrastructure engineering and construction personnel. We have placed more than 100 professionals at all levels, from technicians to senior level managers and vice presidents. The majority of our clients are repeat customers, and several of these clients now rely solely on The Zbitnoff Group for their professional placement services.

The Zbitnoff Group has an extensive network that enables our staff to identify potential candidates very efficiently. We currently have a database of more than 11,000 contacts in our industry and that number is growing daily. Our staff makes more than 500 contact calls per week in search of new candidates. In addition, we are partnered with several other engineering and construction recruiting offices across the United States to expand our network.

As many of our clients recognize, past recruitment practices are no longer producing the number and caliber of candidates desired and the process is becoming more time consuming and costly. This situation is no different for us. However, this is our full time job and we take great pride and excel in providing those hard to find candidates.
