Since 1955, Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) has demonstrated a commitment to older adults and the communities they call home. As one of the largest non-profit older adult housing providers in the country, we offer a variety of living options including town homes, apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and transitional care. Our 4,900 employees serve over 12,000 older adults at 35 locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.
