RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation is one of the Nation’s leading specialty servicers of residential mortgage loans. RMSC has extensive experience servicing loans involved in government sponsored transactions. RMSC is a servicer for Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, HUD, VA, and the USDA. The Corporation also has a lengthy and superlative track record servicing loans directly for the FDIC and loans involved in FDIC structured and loss share transactions.
