We offer hands-on service classes both in-house and on location. The Braden Service School occurs 6-8 times per year, is tailored towards commonly serviced CH and PD products, and is given at our main manufacturing facility. We know that it sometimes isn't easy to come to us which is why we will come to you. Our team members have traveled far and wide giving specialized training schools. We work with service facilities and their staff to tailor "in-the-field" classes to meet our customer's needs.
When a problem does come up, rest assured we will be there to help. Our department members have extensive application knowledge and field experience with our products. Our work backgrounds are in mining, diesel mechanic service, hydraulic and mechanical engineering, fisheries, and petroleum drilling giving our department a broad base of application knowledge. Our library of service manuals and parts manuals for reference date back to 1946; it is not uncommon for us to get requests for rebuild components on winches dating from the 50's that are still in service!
