Pre-Qualification
Go Get Em reviews all resumes it receives for each advertised position to match up their qualifications with your requirements. We generally eliminate about 85% of the resumes from this initial step.
Candidate Screening
Go Get Em conducts a thorough initial screening for each selected candidate. We look for individuals that we would consider the strongest possible fit for your organization. Upon completion of the screening we conduct criminal background checks on all pre-qualified candidates. During this process we will generally eliminate up to 50% of the resumes. At the end of the candidate screening process we will we submit the resume to you for your review with a summary of the candidate.
Personality Testing
At the request of our customers, we can provide extensive personality testing for any eligible candidates considered for hiring. This insightful, value added service is especially useful when selecting a single candidate from an equally capable group of contenders.
Interview Scheduling
All you need to do is show up, and we’ll do the rest. Once you have reviewed the list of candidates, their summary of qualifications and resumes, have determine who you think would be the best fit for your organization, Go Get’em will line them up for you, and schedule the interviews, based on your availability. We’ll also setup your second and/or third round interviews.
Offer Negotiation
We stay current with salary trends and guidelines and can assist you in building an attractive offer package. Go Get Em can assist you with negotiating an offer for your selected candidate.
