FULL TIME BENEFIT SUMMARY
- Medical, Dental and Vision Plan benefits, if elected, are effective the first month following 60 days of continuous full-time employment .
- 401(k) plan – 50% company match up to the first 6% of employee contribution. If elected, eligible employee contributions begin the first of the month after 2 months.
- 100% company-paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment.
- Short term disability.
- Dependent care flexible spending plan – employee contribution.
- Un-reimbursed medical flexible spending plan – employee contribution.
- Pay periods are semi-monthly paid on the 10th and 25th of every month.
