Director - Psychometrics & Research
There are two things that stand out for me regarding my career at the AICPA. First, I am continually impressed by the strong support that the AICPA receives from the many volunteers who serve on all the committees and task forces. The AICPA member volunteers working with my group, the Examinations team, all share a dedication and passion to the goal of the CPA Exam, which is to protect the public interest. This provides a clear context and shared mission that makes our work very meaningful and interesting.
Second, the AICPA is dedicated to having a first class CPA Exam. As a result, my team and I are given an opportunity to work with leading psychometricians from around the world on cutting edge developments and research in the assessment profession.
