Acro Service Corporation began in 1982 as a privately-held staffing firm servicing clients in the Detroit, Michigan area. Since then, Acro has developed into a national-level player in workforce management solutions including staff augmentation services and managed service staffing program services in Information Technology (IT), light industrial, technical, finance, engineering, design, manufacturing, administrative and other labor categories.
Acro has 28 offices across the U.S., with its global headquarters located in Michigan, and five international offices in Europe and India. Acro is conservatively managed, has achieved a flawless 30-year record of profitability and growth. Acro attributes its growth to its focus on customer service and to a large extent our growth has been the result of customer referrals and the expansion of services to establish clients based on the excellence of the services we provide. Quality is an essential part of everything we do – Acro’s proprietary approach to account management, service delivery, and quality assurance is based on our ISO 9001:2008 registered and CMM Level 3 certified processes. Acro also enjoys an impressive D&B rating of 3A1.
Joining the Acro team means having access to world-class benefits from some of the finest providers in the business.
To enroll in benefit plans, eligible employees must schedule an appointment with the benefits enrollment center through Benefits Technologies within 30 days of hire. Per IRS regulations, plan elections cannot be changed until the next annual open enrollment period, unless you experience a mid-year qualified status change (e.g. birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, death or change in other coverage). During Acro's open enrollment period, you will have the opportunity to review your family situation to decide which options will best suit your family's needs for the next plan year.
If you have questions about your benefits or want to inquire about changing your plan elections due to a mid-year qualified status event, please contact Chris Hagan, Benefits Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org. All qualified status changes must be reported within 30 days of the event in order to make changes to your elections.

Diversity & Inclusion
People are the essence of any business. Acro believes that in order for us to deliver the best service to our clients, we must also deliver the best employees. We seek out people with talent, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. They come from all over the world and have taken many different paths to arrive at our door. And that's just the way we like it because difference makes the difference when it comes to supplying you with the best talent to compete in a global economy
Being a diversity firm itself, Acro understands and relates to the needs of a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) and is able to forge strong relationships through mutual respect and mentoring. As a result, Acro has a highly effective SDP and over 30% of our spend is placed with diversity firms. In addition to its corporate commitment to supplier diversity as stated above, Acro designs and implements utilization plans and programs in keeping with requirements prescribed in our contract with specific clients. As a result of our SDP and commitment to supplier diversity, we have nurtured strong relationships with diverse, small, disadvantaged, woman owned, veteran owned, service disabled veteran owned, HUBZone, 8(a) and other firms qualified as socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.
