WTIC/WTXX-TV/Hartford, a Tribune Broadcasting Company, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Account Executive. Preferred applicant will have at least 3 years prior television or media sales experience – multi-media experience preferred. Established relationships with CT and regional advertising agencies a plus. Must have excellent negotiation skills, strong work ethic and a desire to win. Requirements
High School Diploma (college degree preferred)
Background in media (preferably television)
Sales experience (experience in broadcast sales preferred, but not required)
Strong communications skills, in person and phone
Workin relationship with Connecticut and regional advertising agencies preferred
Team player
Self-motivator, goal oriented
Must have valid CT drivers license and own transportation
Good computer skills
Developed organizational skills
