FTS USA provides fulfillment services as well as Aerial/Underground construction, Fiber splicing, MDU, and collections. As we continue to expand providing unique services to many CATV providers, we realize that our every action will influence the branding, or public image, of both FTSUSA and the providers.
FTS USA employs approximately 900 employees and operated a fleet of over 800 vehicles. We have 3 call centers with complete redundancy and our technicians are equipped with the latest test equipment that the industry has to offer.

FTS USA provides cable, phone, and internet installation services in 35 markets across the United States. A division of UniTek Global Services, FTS USA currently employs approximately 1100 cable technicians, and growing.
Collection and Disconnect Technicians are responsible for collecting payment and materials from cable subscribers and/or disconnecting cable services in the areas in which they service. The company is seeking highly motivated candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in the cable industry.

Qualifications:
•One year experience working in a customer service environment or field
•High school diploma or GED required
•Extremely self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Dedication to company?s ?safety first? initiative
•Flexible schedule however night and weekend work is often required
•Ability to lift 75 pounds and safely handle a ladder
•Comfortable working in a ?pay for performance? environment
•Bilingual language skills are a plus
Requirements:
•Successful completion of company pre-employment testing, including background and motor vehicle report and drug screen
•Current and valid driver?s license
•Personal vehicle must be capable of transporting a ladder
